Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the KekeVest website, rider portal or owner portal. Your lease-to-own contract is a separate document with its own terms.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use your own phone number.
• Keep your one-time codes private. We never ask for them by phone or WhatsApp.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

2. Applying

• The information you give must be true and complete.
• Signing up or applying doesn't mean you're approved, and approval doesn't reserve a keke or create a contract.
• An approval is valid for 90 days without a confirmed offer.

3. Offers and contracts

• Offers show their full terms before you choose. Choosing an offer isn't a reservation.
• Your contract is explained to you in Igbo, Pidgin or English and signed in person or through an approved signing method. We keep the exact version you sign.
• If your contract ends early, the Fair-Exit rule applies.

4. Payments

• Pay only into the dedicated account number shown in your portal and contract.
• KekeVest staff never collect cash. Never pay cash to anyone claiming to work for us.
• A payment counts once our payment partner confirms it.

5. Using the service

Don't misuse the service, try to access other people's information or interfere with the platform. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, please make a complaint first, or email support@kekevest.com.
